Robert Heuberger – In Memoriam

03 February 2021 – The Club of Rome is very sad learning about the passing of Mr. Robert Heuberger at the blessed age of 99 years. His family, Winterthur and the world are losing a great friend.

The Club of Rome was greatly privileged enjoying Robert Heubergers friendship and generosity since over ten years. It was his initiative and that of his late wife Ruth Heuberger to invite the Club of Rome establishing its headquarters in the wonderful city of Winterthur. The regular donations by the Robert and Ruth Heuberger Foundation have enabled us to continue our global sustainability work. The international profile and visibility of the Club has greatly benefitted from this generosity.

Robert Heuberger will be sorely missed. Our thoughts go to his family.
