Dr. Riane Eisler is a systems scientist, cultural historian, and author of many books, including The Chalice and the Blade: Our History, Our Future (now in 26 foreign editions) and The Real Wealth of Nations: Creating a Caring Economics, which inspired the Caring Economy Campaign and development of Social Wealth Economic Indicators. Her most recent book, Transforming Interprofessional Partnerships, also won national and international awards.
Riane is a leader in the peace, sustainability, and economic equity movements, and her pioneering human rights work focused attention on the rights of women and children. She is president of the Center for Partnership Studies (CPS) dedicated to research and education on social and economic transformation, Editor in Chief of the Interdisciplinary Journal of Partnership Studies at the University of Minnesota, keynotes conferences worldwide, and consults on applications of the partnership model introduced in her work.
