Tobias Lengsfeld is an experienced NGO manager dedicated to strengthening effective non-profits. He established the operations of the Drosos Foundation in Switzerland and built teams and impact-driven programmes in social inclusion, cultural education and social entrepreneurship in Egypt and Lebanon. He also managed the foundation’s European programmes for several years. Lengsfeld serves on the boards of multiple NGOs and lectures on non-profit management at a university.
