SUMMARY:Webinar series: Voices for Peace
DESCRIPTION:Voices for Peace: From Conflict to Transformation is a webinar
series that explores emerging perspectives on peacebuilding\, with a focu

series aims to deepen understanding of peace as a multidimensional and int

urity (YPS) agenda\, the series creates space for dialogue between young l

and sustainable peace in their communities and beyond. Each session will a
ddress different dimensions of peacebuilding\, offering participants the o
pportunity to engage with expert insights and share reflections across sec

ar Voices for peace: Human rights education and youth empowerment for plan
etary peace\, organised by Soka Gakkai International and Amnesty Internati

communities and inspiring others to act — promoting values\, beliefs and
attitudes that encourage all individuals to uphold their own rights and t
hose of others.\n\nWATCH THE RECORDING\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nEvery soci
ety holds the power to be more than a collection of individuals — it can
be a community rooted in safety\, trust and shared healing. Through colle
ctive reflection and dialogue\, the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundatio
n shows how we can move from breakdown to breakthrough\, nurturing spaces
where justice and peace can take root.\n\nIn our next Webinar Series Voice
s for Peace: “Remembering our way forward: A conversation on collective
healing\,” we’ll explore an emergent framework for societal healing
 — one that invites us to tend to the “soil” of safety and flow with
the “river” of transformation. Together\, we’ll explore:\n\nWATCH TH

than a place of learning — it can be a home for dignity\, justice\, and
peace.\n\nThrough human rights education\, Amnesty International shows h
ow young people and educators can foster youth leadership and build more j
ust\, peaceful societies.\n\nIn this episode of Voices for Peace: The Huma
n Rights Friendly Schools Experience\, Amnesty International will share a
model of how education can embed human rights at the core of school life.\

limate change: how Indigenous and Global South voices are pushing back\n\n

r systems that still affect African countries today.\n\nIn this episode\,
alongside experts\, we explore the importance of uplifting Indigenous know
