SUMMARY:Regenerate the future: How to enact change in a messy world
DESCRIPTION:The Club of Rome\, The St. Gallen Symposium\, and Unearthodox a
 re co-hosting a workshop at the 2025 St. Gallen Symposium on enacting chan
 ge.\n\nChange in today’s complex\, uncertain world can feel messy\, slow
 \, and fragmented. This workshop will empower participants to navigate tha
 t mess and become catalysts for regenerative transformation. We will explo
 re how businesses can not only reduce harm but actively restore ecosystems
 \, strengthen communities\, and build resilience in complexity. This sessi
 on will dive into the paradoxes at the heart of regeneration: balancing ur
 gency with deep time\, emergence with structure\, scalability with place-b
 ased integrity\, and more. Rather than treating these tensions as obstacle
 s\, we will engage with them as generative forces that can drive adaptive 
 and transformative solutions.\n\nThrough collaborative exercises and real-
 world examples\, participants will learn to apply regenerative thinking to
  redesign business models for positive impact in the face of uncertainty. 
 This is not just a conversation\, it’s an invitation to rethink innovati
 on in ways that embrace the complexity of our world rather than bypassing 
 it. \n\nPanellists will include Franziska Gartenmann\, Co-Founder of KEEN
  Wellbeing\, Carlos Álvarez Pereira\, Secretary General of The Club of Ro
 me\, Claire Dusonchet\, Innovation Portfolio Manager at Unearthodox\, and 
 Jazmeen Isa Qureshi\, member of the Regenerative Futures Advisory Group at
  Unearthodox.
