
ChangeNOW 2025 takes place in Paris on 24-26 April 2025, bringing together the world’s most promising innovations, visionary leaders and changemakers in a “world expo of solutions for the planet”. The Club of Rome will have representatives from Earth4All and The Fifth Element attending to discuss economic systems change, democracy, youth leadership and how we can and must adapt to the world’s most pressing challenges.

“Negotiating the Future” will celebrate the transformative shifts currently occurring in international negotiating processes and explore the urgent need to maintain science based decision making and adapt negotiations to a more just, sustainable world. With speakers including Sandrine Dixson-Declève, Honorary President of The Club of Rome and Earth4All executive chair, this session will inspire us to rethink how global dialogues can be reshaped to deliver meaningful, lasting solutions for people, planet and prosperity.
Unwavering ambition: the private sector in a shifting geopolitical landscape

In an era of rapid geopolitical shifts, businesses and other key stakeholders – including cities and multilateral institutions – must navigate an increasingly complex global landscape marked by economic uncertainty, regulatory changes, and shifting alliances. This session explores how these actors can collaborate to uphold societal responsibility, drive and finance the transition to a more sustainable future, and turn global volatility into an opportunity for resilience, long-term profitability, and positive social impact. Democracy meetup

This thematic meetup about Democracy is a networking event designed to unite a coalition of international organisations that are challenging how current democratic systems work as well as exploring new ideas of participatory democracy’s models, while amplifying young activists and citizens’ voices.
Its aim is to connect diverse stakeholders – such as incubators, accelerators, researchers, activists’ network, NGOs and innovators – to share best practices, highlight initiatives, coordinate efforts, and foster the growth of this community of changemakers.
It is an open invitation for anyone and any organisation passionate about this topic and eager to get involved – regardless of their resources or scope of work. It will be facilitated in collaboration with ChangemakerXchange and The Club of Rome.
Youth parliament for a wellbeing economy

The Youth Parliament for a Wellbeing Economy is a groundbreaking session at ChangeNOW in partnership with The Club of Rome and Earth4All, co-created with young leaders to redefine economic priorities for a just and regenerative future. In a dynamic, hemicycle-style debate, experts and youth representatives will present six bold proposals for a well-being economy, with the audience voting on the top three priorities to be delivered to the UN Youth Office – shaping a youth-driven roadmap for COP30! Speakers include Club of Rome member Lewis Akenji and Earth4All collaborator Fadhel Kaboub.
