Growth in Transition

The international conference ‘Growth in Transition’ is taking place at the Auditorium of Science in Vienna on the 28th and 29th January 2010.

Keynote speakers at this event include Ashkok Khosla,
Co-President of the Club of Rome.

"Growth in Transition" is a project that intends to generate a dialogue among institutions and people about how we can shape this transformation process towards sustainability. It also aims at contributing to current EU and international processes on issues such as sustainable management, quality of life and measurement of prosperity, social justice and poverty and growth and resource use.

The international conference aims at triggering a wide public debate and will openly engage in a broad range of topics in order to involve as many different stakeholders as possible.

The event is supported by the European Support Centre of the Club of Rome in Vienna.
